Confidentiality.
Confidentiality is an essential part of the counselling relationship. You will be treated with respect, discretion and integrity at all times.
The counselling process will be discussed with a supervisor, (who is also bound by confidentiality) to ensure that our counsellors are offering good practice and working ethically.
As part of the Child Protection Act, if a counsellor suspects that a child is at risk, confidentiality will be broken.
