Seeds of Change Counselling Services uses an integrative approach to counselling. We believe that each person is an individual, with individual issues and needs. For that reason we have experience in different approaches to therapy and tailor the therapy to the needs of each individual client.

Our integrative approach draws upon Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural  and Solution Focused Therapy.
